David was most helpful when we got into Seward. My suitcase had been busted by the airlines and he offered to pick us up and take us to the apartment. Since the room was not 100% ready for us when we arrived, he let us leave our bags and drove us into town. The room was clean and tidy and just what we needed for one night in Seward before our cruise.

David was so kind! And his dog is extremely adorable. He gave us fishing rods and hooks to go fishing during high tide! He was so nice and his place was extremely welcoming. Everything was so close to town we didn’t even need a car

Good value stay Positive: Only a 15 min walk through the park to downtown bars and restaurants. Easy to find and parking was fine. Unit contained everything we needed for 3 night stay. David the host was very easy to deal with and friendly. And his dog was lovely! Negative: Smoke alarm was very sensitive when we used the toaster but that wasn’t a huge issue

David's place was basic without amenities, close to the main highway, and lacked privacy. on the otherhand...compared to a basic hotel room, The studio had a good kitchen and large bathroom

Nice and clean accommodation in walking distance to the harbor. David was communicative and gave us some good recommendations of things to do in the area. We would come again.

Our stay was amazing. The house, location, and host were everything we could ever ask for. David was very quick to respond, very helpful with suggestions for things to do, and has a great home which is convenient to the many activities in Seward. Nothing but great things to say about our stay. I would stay here again without a doubt!

Excellent place, excellent host, and excellent location! We had a great time at David‘s place, everything was as described and amazing. David is a great host, and he went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The location is great central to everything and within walking distance to two Lakes Park, which is great lake and waterfall hike. We were definitely stay here again!

David is a superstar AirBnB host! Even before coming to Alaska, he responded to our request for local recommendations in Seward, and do not disappoint! Also, he was really flexible with checking us in: we arrived early before check-in time, but he allowed us to store our luggage in the room so we could get a head start on touring Seward. Will definitely come back!

Cute room with kitchenette at an excellent location and reasonable price. Positive: Amazing property for 3 people at an excellent location, and fulfilled all expectations! The owner was nice as well. All kitchen utensils were provided for cooking, and the room was clean.

the host was nice. he said that he was continuing to make his rental unit better. Negative: The screen window was broken, I had talked this with the host, He said that he had a plan to fix it but not get time yet . there is not a cooker hood above stove, the smoke detector was very sensitive. the smoke detector would beep even I only made a fried egg.

Very comfortable stay, would definitely book here again! Positive: Location was great. Free parking and we were able to leave our car there while we went on our tour the next day. It was within walking distance of our tour. The host offered advice for the area and was easy to communicate with. House was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Negative: It was great. Could have had netflix instead of amazon prime, but he had HDMI cables so we just streamed from our laptop which worked great.

This renovated apartment worked very well for us! Positive: Friendly and responsive host. Great location and easily accessible by free city shuttle from the Train Station.

Unit is as described. Easy walk to the harbor/boat marina. Can also walk downtown if desired. Host was very responsive and provided directions and instructions prior to check-in.
